Technobasalt at The Big 5 (Dubai)
November 26-29, 2017 at the Dubai World Trade Centre took place a large-scale international exhibition The Big 5, dedicated to building technologies and goods.
This event is considered to be the largest thematic exhibition in the middle east, and takes place annually more than 40 years. Traditionally, The Big 5 has five thematic sections: MEP services, Building interiors & finishes, Building envelope & special construction, Construction tools & building materials, construct technology and innovation; scale of the exhibition and a large number of participants (and guests) allowed to cover all areas and aspects of the construction sector.
We had great pleasure to meet with our partners and represent our innovative products, such as basalt fiber (fiber), basalt roving and basalt rebar. Communicating with representatives of international business, we discovered a significant interest in reinforcement based on basalt in a variety of areas.
Basalt reinforcement materials (which are increasing crack and heat resistance) are in a demand in warm, always sunny countries of the Middle East. Wherever construction technologies are actively developed, and where quality, environmental friendliness and innovation are priority criteria – Technobasalt quickly finds a positive response.
Communication at international exhibitions is always interesting and productive, so we will look forward for new meetings with our foreign partners and colleagues!
